After-sales service

(一)Return service cannot be provided under the following circumstances:


A:Any goods not sold by Tande;
B:There is no quality problem and the outer packaging has been removed and cannot be restored, affecting the secondary sales;
C:For the sake of customers' health and safety, products related to personal hygiene can not be returned once opened without quality problems;
D:The outer packaging of the goods is incomplete or damaged, the goods are incomplete, the gifts of standard accessories (such as the purchase of gifts) or the instructions are incomplete, the warranty certificate and invoice are missing or altered, the product model or serial number on the warranty certificate is inconsistent with the goods;
E:Beyond the national "three guarantees" regulations in the return period;
F:Non-returnable items marked during promotion;
G:Consumer custom goods.

When returning goods, please attach the order number, mobile phone number, in which, if you return goods due to quality problems and need to return the freight, please specify the freight amount along with the order
