The time of delivery

1) After the successful payment of full payment or deposit, the goods will be delivered within 10 days after the payment of cash and 60 days after the delivery of customized goods. The date shall be negotiated according to the quantity of orders placed by the buyer and the quantity of orders arranged by the factory.

2) In case of force majeure factors such as environmental factors and policy factors, the delivery time may be slightly delayed.

Commodity inspection and receipt

1) Tande guarantees that the outer packaging of the goods is intact. In order to ensure the interests of customers, customers must be inspected when receiving the goods, please open the packing case, confirm the goods are intact before signing for receipt. If it is found that the goods are damaged in transit, the customer has the right to refuse to accept, write down the reason of rejection on the express bill, and ask the delivery personnel to return it. Tiande shall not be responsible for any damage of goods found after receipt and delivery personnel have left the site.

2) If the goods are found missing or lost, please contact customer service within 24 hours of signing time. Beyond 24 hours, Tande is not responsible.
